PARTNER
Patrick See
Patrick is a partner of Lloyd & Lloyd Solicitors. He takes the worry out of his clients’ legal affairs by guiding them through their legal options and solving their complex legal problems.
He practises in commercial law and litigation.
Patrick advises his commercial clients on transactions, joint ventures, finance and structuring of investments, intellectual property and licensing arrangements.
He was admitted to practice in 1986 and became a member of the NSW Bar Association in 1994. Patrick has appeared as counsel in several well-known cases in the High Court of Australia, and in all the main jurisdictions of commercial practice.
As well as being a Costs Assessor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Patrick is an Accredited Independent Lawyer for supervision of Anton Piller Orders in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Harley McDonald
Harley is a partner of Lloyd & Lloyd Solicitors. He provides clients with thorough and pragmatic legal advice that is clear and commercially focussed.
He was admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2017.
Harley is frequently instructed in court proceedings in both the state and federal jurisdictions. He maintains a busy practice in all areas of property law, wills & estates, commercial law and litigation.
He is committed to building long-term client relationships and delivering timely and practical outcomes.

Miranda Thompson
Miranda holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and has practised since her admission in 1986. Miranda specialises in wills and estate planning, estate administration, probate and trusts, supporting clients with clear, practical advice.

Toby is currently in his final semester of a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology and is completing his PLT at Lloyd & Lloyd.
Toby enjoys being involved in litigation and dispute resolution, as well as assisting clients in commercial matters.
Toby strives to maintain strong client relationships and deliver comprehensive legal advice.

Karen Toker
Karen is Lloyd & Lloyd’s accountant and office manager. As well as running Lloyd & Lloyd’s payroll and finances, she manages the trust accounts of the firm’s clients, a role she greatly enjoys.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma of Law.
